I love the story about Christensen not letting another company copy him without repercussions 😆
If you read this, bill has officially taken over your mind. Congrats!
I hope that’s a good thing! Thank you
Always enjoy your videos 😊
Thank you Cindy ! 🟤🟡🔴
Yeah I'm weird 😊
Welcome to the club 😂
I have another question… the Facebook sites that have Vacor marbles have names I haven’t heard before. Who decides the names and where is the reference so we all know what we are talking about?
Hi Randall. This is the first in a series of shorts that show some of the more interesting Vacor De Mexico mixed net bag examples from the current “Traditional Marbles” net bags stock with the round yellow header. Many of these examples are not company marketed names, but informal nicknames by collectors from the “Vacor Marbles Fan Group” on Facebook.com. I’m not sure of the names of the collectors that named them. I haven’t participated in the nicknaming but I think it’s a fun Idea to share them here. These nicknames are saved and documented by Andy Mc Laughlin, author of “For The Love Of Vacors” book, several of these examples are featured in the second edition of the book.
@@stephenbahrmarbles thank you
Where can I find information on new Vacor marbles?
“Vacor Marbles Fan Group” on Facebook is probably your best resource
@@stephenbahrmarblesthank you
Keep Rollin those under the wall I'm all good with it. 🇺🇸😜
I might be the woodchuck
Those are official vacor names/models ?
No Tonatiuh, these are just avid collectors names gathered from Vacor Facebook groups, 100% collectors nicknames.

Awesome JM ! 🔴
As usual A++
Thank my man Russ !
More great information! Looking forward to more.
Thank you Iron Chief 💥
Ooooooo lookit all them chameleons
Yea some killer examples!
@@stephenbahrmarbles vacor does some fun stuff with uv glow. Even dime a dozen scorpions have some. I'd be down to watch a video picking thru the pile and lighting them up!
Thanks for the suggestion✅ I think I remember a lot of the orange glass glows, I’ll have to check it out.
@@stephenbahrmarbles sometimes it's kinda subtle, like you need to be in a dark room. I've got a seahorse that does well...
I see them everyday in my zinnia garden. ❤
Ahh cool Joellen ! I forgot to sow Zinnias this year !!
extraordinary findings!!!!🎉🎉🎉

🙌🏻 Yay!!! I didn’t notice this video, this will help me tremendously 🤗
Cool Sarah I’m glad you found this video!
@@stephenbahrmarbles I am trying so hard to identify marbles lol I am getting better at it thanks to you and some books I have been referring too! I resell and I also love marbles so I want to make sure I know what I list and fair amount and want to keep a majority of them for myself to save for my grand littles many years from now 😊 I am dyslexic so the patterns, types, time periods take me a bit to get down but I am doing pretty good with most I look research. Thank you for the awesome content and important history you share here 😊
@@stephenbahrmarbles I just did fiber the other Vacor Identification video! Super informative! 🙌🏻
Awesome Sarah ! I’m glad you’re getting the hang of it. It’s important to get the basics for identifications especially if you’re a seller. Good idea to keep your favorites !
I will have to see if I have any of those!
Cool Cat good luck! These are some of the toughest ones, we’ll show more of the others soon ✅
❤
Anything from Stephen is good. Thanks guests too.
Thanks brother Jeff!
Another great video sir! As far as the punk rock fish logo that is for the band Blink-182. I used to see them in the mid-90s when they were just called Blink.... some Canadian band of the same name threatened to sue them so they added the 182 last time I saw them was with the vandals and assorted jelly beans at the Nile Theater in Mesa Arizona P.N.D.!!
Thanks Shabby! Actually - the fishy logo goes way back to the ‘70’s & ‘80’s from a punk band called “Flipper” from San Francisco ✅
@@stephenbahrmarbles I remember flipper

A treasure chest.
Thanks Russ! Some excellent presentations here for sure!
What a fantastic high quality collection.
Extra valuable video. Thanks
Thank Russ, good stuff here for sure. Slagmaster did an awesome job!
Stephen, you put more care and quality in your videos than almost any other you-tube videographer. Your historic shots, and old video clips show how much research you’ve done. The videos you share - all of them - are going to be of real historic value. Love your work.
Thank you Russ I appreciate it ! I try and take special care for each and every video. These are all very important topics that should be presented as well as possible.
Again thanks.
Nice job 👍👍👍
Thanks Bill!
Hey there’s a few shows I am considering this year. Which would you recommend off you could only do one….. the Dayton, the Ft. Bend or the Ft Worth?
Hi Russ, I haven’t been to any of those shows, but the Midwest shows are supposed to be very good ✅. You will find many of the same vendors at the different shows, I’m planning on attending the Midwest show in Minneapolis in early September, a new one for me.
Some of these are amazing. You really put your all into these videos. You provide a tremendous service to current and future collectors. A+
Thanks Russ ! This company went under the radar for decades. I was thrilled to shine some light on their marbles and folks who produced them.
Top shelf production and information!
Thanks Russ!
Show me your blends
Real good video
Thanks Stephen. I have a small collection (maybe a couple thousand marbles 2/3 of which are Jabo Dave M stuff from early 2000s) just done for the love of colors and memories. I’d like to learn a lot more so I can categorize them. Best references?
There’s a few books on them that I can’t recall off the top of my head. We will be filming a Jabo Classic video in about a month. I’ve been preparing for it . Great (and unique ) colors for sure!
Awesome mouth watering video. Looks like an adventure for a lucky few who get permits and have the spirit. Good job.
Thank you Russ, we had a bunch of very special moments filming this !
I MISS Ron !!! R.i.p. Ron looked IDENTICAL to my best friend Ron (from northern Pa.) Lost him two yrs ago, not only could they pass for twin brothers, they BOTH had the SAME EXACT voice ! So, i often come back to these videos just to see and hear Ron because there were very few pictures of my best friend and no videos of him. Both Ron's were very knowledgeable. Hope everyone is as best as can be and enjoying this very hot summer.
Thanks for sharing that story Shang, ironically Ron loved, just LOVED storytelling. He was a joy to film with! 💯 missed !
Super great work Mr Barr. Love these videos. Keep going if you can. Thank you!
Thank you Russ I appreciate it! Plenty more to come, please share them with your friends. 🔴
Hey mate I just started collecting marbles thanks heaps for this video it's very informative. Cheers Len from Australia
Thanks Len, I hope you enjoy many more videos. Good day sir !
Bizarre
Can you identify 1.5 inch marbles? I have one red and yellow, one blue and white. Non translucent. One green translucent with white stripe with a bubble in the middle??
The most common marbles in that size are from Vacor De Mexico. Check out their styles first
You coming to the cameron Missouri marble show?
No sir I not be there. I will be at Midwest show in Minneapolis.
@stephenbahrmarbles was hoping you was going to be there. Maybe next time
Yes hopefully someday. I live in New Jersey and have a full-time job. It’s tough for me to do much extensive traveling .
I feel some embarrassed about being into marbles, I don't even know why
You are collecting art . No shame in that whatever ✅
Love the shorts! I also use type trays to display my marble collection. Would love to see some of the Virginia swirl makers in a short!!!
Thanks Xraver for the requests. Ok I’ll try to make the time to do more shorts !
😊

@stephenbahrmarbles you know it my fellow mib brother lol. Hope to meet you one day at a show or something. Seem like cool dude with lots of knowledge.
Thanks Rockhound, I appreciate it. I will be at the Midwest show in Minneapolis, and Connecticut at N.E. Show and probably visiting in West Virginia this coming fall. If you’re in those areas let me know ✅
@stephenbahrmarbles will do dude
Nice to see you again, Stephen. Thanks for the clip.
